Client-Fit Process

We match you to a Wayfinder for fit first because outcomes depend on the relationship and working style. Once the fit is satisfied, we prioritize proximity/time zone to keep scheduling clean and travel sustainable.

 

How it works

1. Apply for Stage 1: You share what’s happening (health, relationship, identity, pressure) and what you need most.

2. After the FRP-Fit Call: We confirm this is the right container: private, intensive, founder-first, and you can protect the required time.

 

3. Match to your Wayfinder: We match based on your situation and what you respond to: direct vs gentle, highly structured vs more spacious, crisis containment needs, and your stage (still running vs post-exit).

 

4. Optimize for proximity: After fit, we prioritize geographic/time zone alignment to reduce friction. We also keep travel within wellbeing guardrails (no extreme routes; long-haul is exception-only).

 

5. Early checkpoint + correction if needed: If within the first two sessions (within 7 days of your first private 1:1 session), the match feels wrong, we attempt to correct it promptly. If it can’t be corrected without disruption, you have the option to exit via the Clarity‑First Guarantee (as long as you’re within the guarantee window and eligibility requirements are met).
