Meet all Wayfinders
What a Wayfinder is
Wayfinders hold the container and steer the process: creating safety fast, asking sharper questions, tracking what’s real, and keeping the work moving until you have stability and a clear next path –– all, while having fun.
FRP is carried out by a carefully chosen, small team of Wayfinders, who collectively have over 70 years of hands-on founder-delivery experience. These professionals possess rare skills, not commonly found in typical networks, and undergo rigorous training to uphold the highest industry standards, consistently delivering results-driven outcomes.
Where Wayfinders Travel from/to
Each FRP stage includes 1 in-person intensive (Stage 1 and Stage 2). In‑Person Intensive means a 1.5‑day in‑person get-together with your Wayfinder. We'll get on the plane and come to you.

Why Founders Come: I know what it means to risk everything, lose yourself, and find your way back.
My Edge: Rebel and seeker. Steadfast directness with uncommon gentleness. I push edges, hold space.
Working Style: Brain, body, heart. No shortcuts. Space to meet yourself honestly and make real shifts.
Best Fit: You want deep, lasting change. Not band-aids. Relational work, not transactional fixes.
Real Stakes: Built businesses. Guided leaders at Sutter Health and Google. I hold intensity without flinching.
Training & Methods: 30 years: somatics, neuroscience, Polyvagal Institute, Neuroleadership Institute. Whole-person transformation.
Travel In-Person Intensives: California-based. U.S., Canada, Mexico.
Human Side: Parent. Partner. Adventure motorcyclist. I want to see how good life can be. I work with founders facing the private cost of success — helping them reclaim steadiness, clarity, and connection beyond the company they built by rewiring change from within.
What I'd tell you: Trust the breath. Small cracks of light illuminate the path. We don't walk alone.
Why Founders Come: I hold depth and emotional intensity, creating clarity and meaningful change.
My Edge: Calm, direct, compassionate; I hold uncomfortable realities with steadiness under pressure.
Working Style: I integrate psychology and cognitive understanding with mindfulness, meditation, and somatic awareness.
Best Fit: Brought in for relationship strain, family responsibility, health pressure, relocations, and personal identity challenges.
Real Stakes: 13+ years working with leaders and teams within Enterprise and Fortune 500 environments.
Training & Methods: Master’s degree in Psychology, specialization in Coaching & Consulting Psychology.
Travel In-Person Intensives: Available all over Europe, the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Latin America.
Human Side: Worldview rooted in presence, cross-cultural insight, and steadiness; grounded in movement, mindfulness, nature, travel, and animal welfare.
What I'd tell you: If the cost of inaction is higher than the cost of support, this is a space for serious, discreet work. There is light on the other side — and change often begins simply by being met.

Why Founders Come: I'll hold you when you're falling apart, but won't let you off the hook.
My Edge: Iranian refugee. Three continents. I’ve watched entire worlds collapse, including mine. I got you.
Working Style: I'm not afraid of what's broken. I'm also not afraid to tell you when you're bullshitting yourself. We'll sit in the mess together. And, we'll do the work.
Best Fit: For founders willing to leave one reality behind and enter another. Embracing change by letting go of values, assumptions, and loyalties.
Real Stakes: Built programs for ABN AMRO, Novartis, and Rabdstad. 15 years with Fortune 500 leaders. TEDx speaker.
Training & Methods: Adaptive leadership, systems thinking, cultural intelligence. Kind, not nice. No bullshit and also deeply human.
Travel In-Person Intensives: Anywhere you need me. The Middle East, and Africa are best (also Europe).
Human Side: Fantasy fiction (Yes, that includes Star Wars) and an ancestral wisdom lover.
What I'd tell you: Breaking systems is easy. Building them is hard. You can do hard things.

Why Founders Come: The hardest project was me—resetting after life came to an unapologetic halt.
My Edge: I sense what’s needed next—greater clarity or empowered decisions—so you thrive.
Working Style: Nurturing and blunt when it matters; I call out what no one else will.
Best Fit: For founders with USD 10M+ companies and a life that isn’t much fun right now.
Real Stakes: 150+ initiatives in 35+ countries, totaling USD 16.5M in enterprise value.
Training & Methods: Master NLP Practitioner and Master Trainer, with organizational development studies via Stanford and Harvard.
Travel In-Person Intensives: I come and see you in Asia-Pacific, the U.S. & Canada.
Human Side: I’m a human lover, visionary and Ironman 70.3 triathlon athlete, obsessed with human potential.
What I'd tell you: You don’t need more pressure; you need clarity you can trust and follow.

Why Founders Come: High-pressure growth. Decision fatigue. Burnout cycles. I restore clarity when internal noise drowns strategy.
My Edge: Operational literacy meets nervous system depth. I separate signal from stress response fast.
Working Style: Grounding, breathwork, subconscious pattern work. Concrete 7-day plans. Session notes. Clear next actions.
Best Fit: Scaling fatigue, post-exit identity shifts, leadership transitions. You want internal stability, not band-aids.
Real Stakes: 10+ years startups. Co-founder. Accelerator ecosystems. Clinical hypnotherapy. I speak both business and body.
Training & Methods: Hypnotherapy certification. Yoga teacher. Ocean Therapy Practitioner. BBA plus dual Masters in International Management.
Travel In-Person Intensives: Europe-based. Portugal and South America spring/autumn. Bali summers. Open to structured international engagements.
Human Side: Meditation, breathwork, hot Yin, surfing, retreats, podcast. I don't sleep with my phone.
What I'd tell you: Clarity under pressure is a state you cultivate. When the nervous system calms, intuition returns.
