The Founder Reclamation Partnership
A private, staged engagement for founders who’ve already won — and can’t ignore the cost anymore.
The FRP is a 2-stage process
Stage 1
The Intensive (30 days)
stabilizes the crisis, uncovers the root,
and builds the map.
→
Stage 2
The Deep Work (12 weeks)
rebuilds identity, repairs relationships,
and redesigns life.
You can only apply for Stage 1 (30 days)
In week 3, we decide together whether you’re invited into Stage 2.
Takes 10–20 minutes. Reply within 24 hours.

The wins stack up — but so does the cost.
Sleep. Health. Marriage. The version of you that started this company is gone, and you're not sure who replaced him.
You've tried optimizing your way out. New systems, new hires, executive coaches, retreats, morning routines.
None of it touches what's actually wrong.
Because the problem isn't the business. It's you. And no amount of strategy will fix that.
You built something real.
But somewhere, you lost yourself.

The Founder Reclamation Partnership
FRP is a private, high-intensity engagement designed for one outcome: getting you back.
Not your calendar. Not your company. You
This is not coaching. It's not therapy. It's not advisory. It's a structured partnership in two stages, clear milestones, real accountability.
Built to take you from crisis to clarity, and from clarity to reconstruction.

Stage 1 The Intensive (30 days)
Stabilize + Uncover the Root + Build the Map
By day 30, you leave with a clear diagnosis of what’s actually broken — and a written plan for what happens next.
The first stage is about stopping the bleeding and seeing clearly.
We stabilize whatever crisis brought you here — health, relationship, identity, or all three.
We excavate the root causes: the patterns, beliefs, and defaults that created this moment.
And we build a map — a clear, honest picture of what's not working, what matters, and what comes next.
By week 3, we’ll know one of two things: (1) you’re done with Stage 1 and have what you need, or (2) you’re a fit for Stage 2 and we continue.
What's included:
-
8x private sessions (2x weekly, 60-90 min each)
-
1x 1.5 days in-person (travel to you or neutral location)
-
Unlimited async access (for real-time support)
-
Reflection work review
-
Founders OS docs (your personal operating system)
-
Baseline assessments (health, relationships, identity)
-
Next step blueprint map

Stage 2 The Deep Work (12 weeks)
Rebuild Identity + Repair Relationships + Redesign Life
The second stage is about reconstruction.
Crisis stabilized. Root exposed. Now we rebuild ––
deliberately, carefully, with full attention.
Identity reconstruction: Who are you without the company? What do you actually want? What's worth building next — and what isn't?
Relationship repair: The marriage, the kids, the friendships you've neglected. We address what's been sacrificed and design a path back.
Life redesign: Health, time, energy, purpose. A sustainable architecture for the next chapter—not another grind dressed up as freedom.
What's included:
-
12x private sessions (1x weekly, 60- 90 min each)
-
1x 1.5 days in-person (travel to you or neutral location)
-
Continued unlimited async access
-
Integration protocols (with structured accountability)
-
Quarterly review + recalibration

Who This Is For
This is for founders who've already won — but feel lost.
Most founders reach out after a wake-up call: a health scare, a divorce, a panic attack, a moment of clarity they can't unsee.
Some reach out before the crisis hits. They feel the cracks forming and want to act while they still can.
Either way, you're here because you know: the next chapter won't come from another strategy meeting.

Founders: Post-Exit
You stepped back. The money landed. Or it didn't.
Either way, you're waking up at 3am asking: Who am I without the company?
You don't want to build another one. You want to figure out what actually matters.

Founders: Still Running
You built something real. 10M, 50M, 100M+ USD in revenue.
But the cost is catching up. Health. Marriage. Sanity. Everything.
Your team depends on you. Investors expect results. You can't just walk away.
But something has to change.
Key founder signals for fit:
✓
You've considered selling, quitting,
or disappearing
Your body is telling you something is wrong (but you keep pushing)
Your closest relationships are suffering
You feel like a fraud — or like you've become someone you don't recognize
You're terrified of who you are
without the company
This is NOT for founders who:
X
Want productivity hacks,
morning routines, or "10x" tactics
Think the answer is a better system, hire, or strategy
Aren't ready to look at the hard stuff —identity, purpose, relationships
Are shopping for the cheapest option
What This Partnership Is Not
This is not executive coaching. This is not therapy. This is not a mastermind, a retreat, or a course.
There are no frameworks to memorize, and no random accountability pods.
This is private, direct, intensive work — designed for founders who've outgrown surface-level interventions and need something that actually matches the scale of what they've built.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
Seb Wichmann
The Founder Reclamation Partnership exists because the support most founders need doesn't exist in traditional channels.
Executive coaches optimize performance. Therapists address pathology. Neither addresses the fundamental question:
Who are you, really — and what do you actually want?
This work sits in that gap, and I've sat where you're sitting now. Built, scaled, and struggled with companies from the inside out — so when we work together, it’s not theory, but grounded in real experience.

How It Works
Stage 1 (30 days) • Week 3 decision on Stage 2
What Happens After 30 Days
Most founders want to keep going. Some don’t need to.
Option A
You’re done. You leave with clarity, a map, and the tools to move forward. No pressure, no guilt. Some founders get what they need in 30 days.
Option B
We continue. We stabilized the crisis and uncovered the root. But real transformation takes time. Stage 2: The Deep Work (12 weeks) –– Rebuild Identity + Repair Relationships + Redesign Life. That’s why most founders continue during months 2–4.
