Clarity‑First Guarantee (Stage 1)

You can’t know whether FRP is right for you from the outside — you only know once you’ve been inside the work.

Complete onboarding and attend your first two private 1:1 sessions.

 

If you decide this partnership isn’t right for you, email us within 7 calendar days of your first private 1:1 session. We will keep only what covers the two private sessions you have already used — and refund the rest, without questions asked.

If the Stage 1: coach match feels wrong in the first two sessions, we’ll correct it quickly. If we can’t correct it without delay, you can exit via the Clarity‑First Guarantee.

Even if you exit, you keep everything we’ve already done together in those first sessions: the decisions we clarified, the containment plan we set, and any tools or written notes we shared along the way.

 

We take real delivery risk here on purpose, because we only want to continue if it’s genuinely the right fit.

1. Definitions

  • "Stage 1" means FRP — Stage 1: The Intensive (30 days)

  • "Stage 1 / Session 1 / Day 1" means the client’s first live (virtual) private 1:1 session (not the acceptance call, payment date, or onboarding date).

  • "Onboarding” means the onboarding starter pack + intake/ setup steps, which occur before or around the start of Stage 1 delivery.

  • “In‑Person Intensive” means the 1.5‑day in‑person working block that is part of Stage 1 (travel to the client’s location).

2. Eligibility requirements
The Clarity‑First Guarantee applies only if the client:

  • completes onboarding requirements in full, and

  • attends the first two private 1:1 sessions, and

  • exits within the required timeframe during the guarantee window (see below)

3. Guarantee window
The client may exit by emailing DoGood within 7 calendar days of Session 1.

 

If the client exits inside the Clarity‑First window:

  • DoGood will keep only the portion of the Stage 1 investment that covers the two private sessions already delivered.

  • DoGood will refund the remainder.

“Without questions asked” definition
“Without questions asked” means: DoGood does not interrogate, debate, or require justification for the client’s decision. The client simply emails within the window and, provided the above eligibility requirements are met, DoGood processes the refund accordingly.

Work completed remains with the client
If the client exits inside the guarantee window, the client keeps the work completed in the first two sessions (including decisions clarified, containment plan set, and any tools or written notes shared during delivery). DoGood does not request the return or deletion of materials provided during delivery.

3. In‑person intensive exclusion (Stage 1)

The Clarity‑First Guarantee applies only before any in‑person intensive is initiated or scheduled. If an in‑person intensive has been scheduled, initiated, or incurred costs (e.g., travel booking), the Clarity‑First Guarantee no longer applies, and any refund eligibility (if any) must be handled as a separate written exception approved by DoGood.

 

4. Coach match correction (Stage 1)

If, within the first two sessions, the client believes the coach match feels wrong, DoGood will attempt to correct the match promptly. If DoGood cannot correct the match without delay or disruption, the client may choose to exit via the Clarity‑First Guarantee, provided they are still within the 7‑day window and all eligibility requirements are met.

5. Refund processing mechanics

Refunds are processed to the original payment method on file only.

6. Priority Hold and delayed starts

If the client is entering via a Priority Hold (seat reservation), the Priority Hold deposit terms and start-date clauses apply as defined in the Priority Hold mechanism (separate from the Clarity‑First Guarantee).

7. Confidentiality

FRP is private and confidential (“no groups, no cohorts”), and confidentiality terms are provided during onboarding as part of the engagement policies.

8. How to invoke the guarantee
