1 Why founders come to me
So you know I understand the moment you’re in — and what this work is actually for.
I work with founders navigating high-pressure growth, identity inflection, and the cumulative cost of sustained performance. Founders seek me when decision fatigue, burnout cycles, or a sense of misalignment between who they are and how they operate begin to show up. This work is about clarity under pressure and internal recalibration. I help leaders move from reactive urgency into grounded strategic clarity so they can continue to perform without sacrificing long‑term alignment. Typical entry points are scaling fatigue, post‑exit identity shifts, leadership transitions, and high‑stakes decision seasons where internal noise is drowning strategic thinking.
6 What I have been trained in
Enough authority to trust me and the method — without hiding behind credentials.
I trained in a two‑year Hypnotherapy & Coaching Certification (Germany, 2023–2024) and I hold formal yoga teacher training (200hrs, India, 2020) with advanced Yin specialization (2025) and children’s yoga training (2024). I’m also an Ocean Therapy Practitioner, and I hold a Bachelor’s in Business Administration plus dual Master’s degrees in International Management. My training is intentionally cross‑disciplinary, so I can combine subconscious pattern interruption, somatic regulation, and operational frameworks—enough authority to trust the method without hiding behind credential lists.
2 What I’m known for
The edge you get with me — beyond “right questions.”
I’m known for steadiness under pressure and structured clarity in high-stakes environments. I combine operational literacy with subconscious pattern work and nervous system regulation to give founders an edge beyond “right questions.” That blend — founder literacy plus nervous system depth — lets me separate signal from stress response quickly and convert emotional clarity into practical next steps. Clients describe my work as not about optimizing surface behaviour but about restoring internal stability so decision‑making becomes calm, precise, and sustainable. Practically, that means fewer reactive meetings, clearer priorities, and less emotional volatility in important conversations.
3 How I work with you
What it feels like to be in the room with me
My methodology integrates performance psychology, subconscious pattern work, and nervous system regulation. When a founder shows up dysregulated, containment for me starts with grounding and breath work: listening, naming what’s happening, and questioning the narrative that’s been created. I use journaling, meditations, inductions, short somatic practices, and concrete 7‑day plans to translate insights into behavior. Documentation and hygiene matter: I send session notes, next actions, and a clear plan for the next call.
4 Whom I'm the best fit for
So you know quickly if this is “your kind of work
I’m best for founders who have built meaningful success but are experiencing creeping pressure — decision fog, identity misalignment, or the exhaustion that follows sustained performance. You’ll get the most from our work if you’re in an inflection season: scaling fatigue, a post‑exit identity shift, leadership transition, or a strategic crossroads. I work internationally in English and bring lived founder experience (co‑founding startups and operating inside accelerator ecosystems). If you want help restoring internal stability so strategic thinking returns — and you’re ready for deep, practical work that integrates body, mind, and operational reality — this is your kind of work.
5 Why I can hold real stakes
Credibility, fast — so you don’t have to “take a leap of faith.”
I bring over ten years operating in startup and high‑growth environments, plus lived founder experience from co‑founding ventures and participating in accelerator ecosystems. I’ve worked with distributed teams and led workshops internationally; I combine operational literacy with clinical hypnotherapy and applied nervous‑system practice. That mixture gives me credibility in business language and the depth to work under pressure. Clients notice I can sit in high‑stakes conversations without escalating them and translate emotional distinctions into business‑relevant decisions. You don’t have to take a leap of faith — I pair practical executive fluency with somatic and subconscious tools that produce measurable shifts in how decisions are made.
7 From where I travel
So scheduling is simple and the partnership is sustainable.
I'm based in Europe. I work internationally and my geography tends to shift seasonally — Portugal and South America in spring/autumn, summers in Bali — and I’m open to structured engagements in other regions. I’m available for scheduled travel and in‑person intensives, and I block longer travel windows intentionally to protect session continuity. For delivery hygiene, I maintain calendar ownership, clear documentation, and pre‑planned travel blocks so the partnership is sustainable and founders get steady access through the program.
8 What I'm here to do & my hobbies
So you meet the real me — not just the professional version.
I’m here to restore internal stability so leaders can keep performing without sacrificing alignment. Daily practices that keep me effective include sacred meditation, journaling, breathwork, yoga and movement, hot Yin, surfing, and retreat work. I don’t sleep with my phone nearby; I use a 108‑count practice and regular ritual to stay steady. Nutrition and recovery are part of my routine — Ayurveda‑informed choices, raw cacao rituals, and movement that grounds me. These practices shape how I show up: calm, embodied, and practical. Outside of sessions I run retreats, host a podcast, and design programs that bring mindfulness into leadership in concrete, repeatable ways.
9 What I wish I could tell you now
One thing, straight from me to you.
What matters is restoring internal stability so strategic thinking becomes clear again. I believe clarity is not a tactic; clarity under pressure is a state you cultivate. Prolonged founder pressure reshapes identity and decision‑making, so the path back is not faster to‑do lists but restoring internal stability. When the nervous system calms and the subconscious patterns are seen, intuition — the little voice — returns. I trust practical embodiment: grounding, breathwork, journaling and rituals that make quiet visible. Fear is usually a narrative; when we question the story and name what’s happening, choices become clear. I believe leadership is an embodied practice — operational literacy married to nervous‑system depth. My work comes from that conviction: steady containers, real distinctions, and tools that make strategic thinking clean and sustainable.
